Description

This is a magnificent executive duplex apartment, arguably the town\'s best with unique views from all the five patio doors and balconies. This luxury apartment is about 1200 square feet located at 150 meters from the seafront, and close to all main shops, restaurants, beaches and the Festival Palace.

Located on a well maintained building in the typical Cannes architecture this apartment with air conditionning offers a nice view from its private terrace, overlooking one of the world’s most famous avenues and its beach of fine sand where so many real and would be stars have been seen and photographed over the years. Of course there is also the scenery of the bay beyond with its boats.

Decorated with style, this apartment offers a fine living room with an open kitchen facing the terrace and 2 sofa beds followed by a main bedroom with a double bed, and another bedroom with a convertible (“clic clac”) bed. An independant bathroom as well as an independant restroom complete the offering.

Neighborhood

Cannes, the \"Jewel\" in the crown of the \"Côte d\'Azur\" since the dawn of time, focal point for festivals throughout the world and a cultural melting pot. You could not dream of a place more like paradise than Cannes. A town whose eclectic scenery has amazed even the most powerful. The Romans chose it as a place in which to settle. Also, the English chancellor, Lord Brougham, Napoleon and Cocteau and many others have all fallen in love with this vibrant, colorful town and its peaceful way of life.

The closest thing to an \"old town\" is \"Le Suquet\" overlooking the west end of the port. The 12th-century Tour de Mt. Chevalier, ramparts and 12th-16th-century church Notre-Dame-de-l\'Espérance give a touch of medieval flavor to the city. Le Suquet area has narrow streets climbing up and around the hill, with a fine view from the top. Standing on the ancient rampart wall in front of the church, you can see east across the city, the port and the bay to the Cap de la Croisette, and to the west across the Gulf of La Napoule to the Massif de l\'Estérel mountains
