Excellent location. Very modern apartment. Would have given a 10 rating if the bed was larger so two adults could sleep in it and the internet connection for phone, tv and internet had been fixed in a timely manner instead of a week. Lighting in the apartment also needs to be improved.

We loved this apartment! To our delight, it was exactly as it was described and looked exactly as the pictures! We also loved the location as it was so close to everything from a convenient supermarket across the street to a pharmacy and a wonderful bakery to supply our daily fresh Croissants and a charming wine store to supply our daily champagne! And of course not to mention all the great restaurants and fabulous shopping and sightseeing within walking distance! The apartment was so beautiful and cozy that by the second day we all started referring to it as "Home"!! We will definitely consider staying there again and recommending it to our friends. Thank you for making our trip to Paris ever so more special!

We loved the apartment and would definitely hope to stay there on a future trip to Paris. The location, Odéon, is perfect for shopping, transportation, and restaurants, yet the street is very quiet. The apartment is tastefully decorated, beds extremely comfortable, and, with the exception of a vegetable peeler 😉, had everything we needed. The greeter met us on time and was responsive to all our needs.

The apartment is located ideally for access to all attractions, many within walking distance. The apartment while not as modern as the photos depict, is spacious and clean. Booking was easy, lots of information was shared, and all questions were answered very promptly!

The only problem we had was that there was no hot water our last day there and we were unable to get in touch with anyone to resolve the problem.

Otherwise a very nice stay.

We loved this apartment! It was exactly what we were looking for. The apartment was spacious, spotless, tall ceilings, light and airy. True king bed (not two twins pushed together) which was very comfortable. Secure entry and building from a courtyard behind the main street, but overlooking the street filled with restaurants, bars and other businesses. Metro very close-by. Walking distance to many areas, Notre Dame, Hôtel de Ville, Place du Vosges, and countless interesting side streets to wander. We love the Marais area - lots to do and not too touristy. One block from Beauborg. There were no cons that would not apply to most any apartment in Paris, for example no air conditioning, but we had wonderful weather in mid-September. We had a marvelous time. We would definitely stay here again, and hope to soon!

Wonderful apartment and in a perfect location. Our host was very helpful and did an excellent job. The many nearby restaurants and grocery stores were very convenient and of course being close to 2 metro stops was great. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked and appreciated the Paris Guide books.

Everything about our place was very satisfying and we'd definitely consider it for our next stay. The bedroom had sufficient closet and drawer space, the bathrooms and kitchen were modern and the living room was perfect for the two of us. The location could not be beat! And we were 20 steps from this great little Vietnamese restaurant that we visited three times. We also enjoyed the once a week housekeeping during our 2 week stay.

The only negative thing was the common areas in getting to the apartment as there were some loose tiles and could use a good paint job.

We were greeted at our arrival by a pleasant person from Welcome 2 France who helped us with our luggage to our 3rd story apartment. We had trouble with getting one of the lamps to work and a repair person arrived promptly to fix it.

We will not only consider this apartment in the future but other apartments from the Welcome 2 France inventory for our stays.

Champs Elysees - George V II

My wife and I selected Welcome2France to arrange our accommodations while celebrating our 5th Wedding Anniversary in Paris based on a colleagues recommendation. Needless to say, our expectations were high and W2F exceeded them!

All services: booking the apartment, helping us with tailored specific needs, and the apartment itself – WONDERFUL!

The initial apartment we were interested in wasn't available but Alicia asked us to clarify our specific needs and immediately offered us a variety of options – leading to our rental of Champs Elysees - George V II. Her personal touch and W2F’s impressive website guided us through the entire process efficiently, professionally and effective manner. We can’t thank Alicia enough for her exceptional and friendly assistance – above-and-beyond just renting the apartment. We had additional specific needs ((i.e. apartment specifics, drivers, restaurants, tours, unique needs, etc.), - she excelled in assisting us setting up things – really added value to our experience with W2F and our Anniversary Vacation. Thanks Alicia!!!

The apartment itself … we were met by Allan who was most friendly, professional and courteous. He explained the apartment wasn’t ready yet as the prior occupants left late. It worked into our plans to see the neighborhood and grab a bite to eat. Later, we met with Allan who gave us a thorough run through of the apartment. The apartment is in a great location, secure, spacious, clean, with lightning Wi-Fi, well maintained and supplied for day-to-day living.

The only issue we had was the refrigerator / freezer – it didn’t function well. One call to Allan had him immediately at the apartment – doing his utmost to resolve the issue. He was successful in getting the unit functioning adequately – assuring us that it would be reviewed with the owner for complete resolution in future.

We felt comfortable knowing that if any assistance would be needed – Allan was well suited to meet our needs. Very comforting.

It was a pleasure coming back to the apartment after touring Paris and surrounds. It felt like home away from home. Very pleasant.

When it was time to return home – Allan was again most friendly, professional and courteous in going through the departure memo / process.

Molly and I Highly recommend Welcome2France for your accommodation needs. Great property, Great people. Thanks for adding to our Anniversary stay in Paris!

Be well!

We were two couples that rented this apartment for 8 nights, it was absolutely perfect. It is beautifully decorated, and the perfect location in Saint Germain. The remodeled bathrooms are georgeous, and the small kitchen and Nespresso offer everything that you would need. We did not have any complaints. There are a couple of college bars below on Rue M. Le Prince, but never too loud to keep you up (and I am a a light sleeper). The beds are really comfortable as well. We had a request for extra sheets while we there, and the staff kindly came the same day. Having the washer/dryer was also perfect. Can not say enough positive about this perfect apartment!

Marais - Charlot III *

01/10/2016     Rated : 10/10

This apartment is located in a wonderful section of the Marais. It is just across the street from the Marche aux Enfants Rouge, the oldest covered market in Paris. It is around the corner from the Rue Bretagne, a lively street with cafes, restaurants, and shops of all kinds. It is a 5-6 minute walk to the Place de la Republique, about a 12 minute walk to the place de Vosges, and if you really like to walk, as we do, Notre Dame is less than 30"minutes away. It is also convenient to a number of Metro stops. The apartment it self is well appointed, with adequate dishes, pots and pans, etc.the only downside for some might be that it is 3'flights up- no elevator. That was not a problem for us however. If you like marble the bathroom has beautiful pink marble. They arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport and to a person to orient us when we got there. We felt safe- there are two locked doors to go through plus the apartment door. We will rent this apartment again.

This is a great apartment! Excellent location, comfortable furnishings, completely stocked kitchen, and very modern bathrooms. In addition, the staff was very responsive to our needs and Aaron, our personal manager, was quick to supply what we needed and did a couple of minor repairs quickly. He was great!

The only downside for us was that it is near a very busy street (Malsherbes) with much truck and garbage collection traffic, especially in the early morning. If we kept the windows closed, it was ok. But, it was quite hot and we needed to open the windows to cool down the apartment. (It is not air-conditioned but does have multiple fans.)

We would stay there again!

It was a great pleasure to stay here again and we look forward to staying again next year. It is impossible to have a better location in Paris, and was ideal for our group of six. The furnishings and art in the apartment are the collection of a connoisseur, and it was always a temptation to stay in this beautiful location to read some remarkable books rather than head out to explore more of Paris. What a dilemma!

A note to the management team: bigger / better towels and a small amount of basic materials for dishwasher/ washing machine in addition to the small 'Welcome Pack' would be welcome at this price point.

We can't wait to return...

Saint Germain des Pres - Odeon Suite

We enjoyed our week in the Odeon Suite. The greeter was helpful and nice. It was 90 degrees during our stay, but the ceiling fans helped keep it a comfortable temperature and we were glad to find an oscillating fan for the second bedroom. The apartment location is fantastic--close to the Metro and in a great neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. The bedding and towels were soft and of high quality, although there is no where to hang towels (especially wet ones) except for the towel racks (which can only hold one towel if you want it to dry). The apartment is interesting and has a lot of character--we especially liked the low-profile leather furniture--but it is a little funky, especially for more than two people (e.g., the master bedroom does not have a closet or wardrobe, and there is no luggage rack or place to put suitcases or clothes. We put our two suitcases on top of the leather footstools and had to live out of them for the week.) Other reviewers had mentioned the loft as an alternate sleeping space, but there was no bedding and it appears to be used for storage, which disappointed our kids. The apartment is a little dark and could use more/brighter lights in the living room area. It was nice to have a washing machine, even if it is tiny. I would stay here again, but not with kids.

I wish there was a rating higher than a 10! We were three women staying on business during one of the hottest weeks of the summer in Paris. The apartment is absolutely perfect. The neighborhood is the absolute best.
The configuration allows for privacy for all three women with two full bathrooms and a separate toilet (two shared a bathroom). The master bedroom is very large and has a sitting room where we enjoyed wine and cheese in total comfort. The bathrooms and appliances are all new and perfect. This is not a place to cook large meals but is perfect for what we needed. The living room has a pull out sofa bed that is very comfortable. The airflow is great and there are ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom which made even the hot nights quite comfortable. The decor is charming and chic -even better than the photos! There is even a loft bed close to the ceiling above the living room for kids. Our only issue is there is no hanging closet space in the master and really no drawer space either. However there is an armoire in the second bedroom and a small closet in the bathroom. Also, even though this is a small street, there is al ot of street noise when the windows are open. It didn't bother us but something to be aware of. The management of the property is perfect -super responsive, very gracious, very helpful. I would live there if I could!! Who needs to cook in Paris!

Excellent apartment and location. Very clean - more so than anything else we have rented on AirBNB or Trip Adviser. Exactly as advertised but the description should mention that Maria - the local staff- is outstanding. She is super helpful, efficient and friendly. We will return!

What a delightful location to stay in during our visit to Paris! So beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, fully equipped and close to everything. The Louvre is basically around the corner, the cafes are plentiful and close, the grocery store, bakery and Metro are right there and we found we could walk everywhere! I think we each wore out a pair of walking shoes just exploring all that was around us! Fabulous apartment that exceeded our expectations! Our driver picked us up right on time from the airport and our greeter was so warm and welcoming. He took the time to show us how everything worked in the apartment and gave us the booklet detailing various restaurants, services, Metro locations, etc. to help us figure out our way around Paris. We found that reference very useful as it saved us a lot of valuable time! The apartment itself is very clean, cozy, decorated in a French style, with fabulous windows that opened out on to the street below. I would recommend this location highly for anyone who is looking for a location that is close to all the sights and sounds of Paris with a distinctive French flavour. A truly outstanding location that makes you feel like a, "local", as opposed to the sterile environment of many hotel chains. Additionally, if anyone is planning to take a boat ride on the Seine, may I suggest you take the night time cruises as you really get a beautiful trip past the various museums all lite up at night. In particular, this is a fabulous way to see the Eiffel Tower, from the water!! Truly beautiful!

This was our second trip to Paris and second time working with Welcome 2 France. I didn't think we could top our first visit, but if possible, this visit was even better than the last. We were picked up at the airport and met at the apartment with the keys. As in the past, the process was incredibly smooth. The apartment was in the Marais district and gave us the neighborhood feel we had hoped for. The apartment itself was well stocked and beautifully decorated. When the windows were open, we heard all of the street sounds and felt like we were a part of the city. With the windows closed, the apartment was very quiet for sleeping. The apartment is not air conditioned, but had fans for each bedroom. We were there in August and even then the lack of air conditioning would not deter me from staying in this beautiful apartment again. I highly recommend Bretagne A and Welcome 2 France.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views! The pictures of this apartment don't even do this justice. The view literally takes your breath away. Everything was very clean, spacious, with room to comfortably accommodate 6. (We had 3 couples staying for a group vacation with friends.) All of the little things you need in the kitchen are there. The location couldn't be more ideal. Easy access to multiple metro and RER lines. Tons of great dining choices within easy walking distance, including a crepe place on the ground floor.

Just be sure to have someone show you how to fully open the windows as it wasn't totally obvious and having them open at night cooled it down a lot.

The managers were very responsive when we had a minor issue, which was a relief.

I would happily stay here again!
