This triplex apartment is atypical in its style. The 150m2, 3 level architectural plan allows for comfortable living with privacy catered for as well as the enjoyment of shared spaces. The decoration is 'contemporary minimalistic' while ensuring all home comforts have been anticipated. The apartment has been designed and built in an 18th century Parisian building.

Private access to the apartment is via the original Pierre de Taille (limestone) staircase.

Immediately after the entrance hall, a comfortable living room adjoins a state of the art professional kitchen and a cozy separate dining area that will comfortably seat 8 people.

A spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom are located on the second floor.

Two individual double bedrooms with separate bathrooms are located below the main living area on the sous-sol. Both bedroom windows overlook the courtyard. On the same floor there is also a single bed that can be converted into a queen size (ideal for children) and a separate toilette. Ample closet space has been incorporated.

Ensuring a constant circulation of fresh air throughout is a state of the art ventilation system.

The apartment is located right in the heart of the Marais area - full of history, museums, attractions and nightlife should it be desired. Nonetheless the apartment nestles in its own tranquil courtyard making it hard to imagine that the bustling streets can be so nearby.

The Marais is generally thought to be Paris' most sought-after area in terms of places to live. The reasons are clear: Located very centrally, near the Notre Dame and a hop to the Latin Quarter, this is also Paris' most trendy and diverse area, with more clubs, bars, and restaurants than any other single part of Paris. (Imagine!) It's also steeped in history and culture. This is 'medieval Paris,' untouched since the Middle Ages, once the home of royalty in places like the Place des Vosges before the move to Versailles, and today also home to the Pompidou Center of Modern Art. Students from the Latin Quarter fill the cafes and bistros, and in the evenings one may find the Marais' other face: a place to walk in quiet reflection of ancient times.
