This bright and spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom. The 1st bedroom is very spacious with a queen size bed, an original fire place (no longer in use) and it has large double windows that give plenty of light to the room, over viewing a very quite courtyard. The second one has 1 queen size bed that can be split into 2 single beds, night tables and a large wooden 'armoire' that gives a very cozy feel to the room. The spacious and comfortable bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and independent shower, as well as a toilet and a separate sink. There is also another independent toilet with a sink.
The living room has a modern black leather sofa and 2 leather armchairs. There is a large new flat screen TV equipped with cable and a home cinema. The dining area has several seats and a bench to greet guests. The huge kitchen is completely equipped all with professional new appliances. The office room will bring you all you need to work, such as a desk, office supplies, comfortable seat, etc. The apartment has a high speed wireless connection so you can stay connected.

The Avenue des Champs-Elysées is probably the most famous avenue in the world. This impressive promenade stretches from the Place the la Concorde to the Place Charles de Gaulle, the site of the Arc de Triomphe.
At its western end it is bordered by cinemas, theatres, cafés and luxury shops. Near the Place de la Concorde, the street is bordered by the Jardins des Champs-Elysées, beautifully arranged gardens with fountains and some grand buildings including the Grand and
