Just a stone’s throw from the Jardin du Luxembourg – home of the Medici Fountain – and minutes from Saint Germain des Pres area, this three-bed luxury Paris apartment has more than just all the modern conveniences.
Each room has a different style, decorated with panache to perfectly set the tone for your holiday in the French capital. The living room is a dream with high, ornately painted ceilings over a stylish wooden floor and modern furniture. The floor to ceiling windows let the sunshine in, large windows let the fresh air in, while your view is over the century trees of the Jardin du Luxembourg themselves.
The master bedroom has the same amazing view, with a double* bed and ornate fireplace. Meanwhile, the second bedroom is chic and modern, with a beanbag and decorated in bright colours. Lastly, the third bedroom contains two single beds and continues the theme with a great view out across the gardens.
The bathrooms are where this apartment really stands out, though. The first has a bath taking centre stage in the middle of the room, against resplendent with giant floor to ceiling windows, while the second, modern, bathroom has both a bath and a shower to let you relax in comfort.
As if that wasn’t enough, though, the apartment has a stunning study/dining room, replete with ornate chandelier and leather bound books. The table easily sits 8 people for a veritable feast of art as well as food.
That food can be prepared in the modern, practical kitchen. Complete with breakfast bar, the kitchen has all the appliances you could ever need, including a gas stove, dishwasher and coffee machine.
Perfect for a family vacation or for a business trip to the heart of Paris’, this apartment can also host a group of friends with ease. Perhaps you’ll even come away with some ideas for your own home.

The Luxembourg Gardens may well be one of the most successful parks in the world, partly because it is so well integrated into the fabric of the city around it, which makes it easily accessible. There are also many things to do there, evidenced by the wide range of people who use it: children, older people, Sorbonne students, people cutting through on a lunch break, etc. People come to stroll, play chess, to sit and read, people, watch, to sit at one of the cafes or to bring their children or grandchildren to one of the many attractions for kids. Organized activities at the park include tennis, pony rides, puppet theatres, and toy sailboat rental (children float them in the large central fountain). Visitors can also stop inside the Palais and attend a hearing of the French Senate, which is open to the public.
