Situated a stone's throw from the trendy Francs Bourgeois street, which is also popular for largely ignoring the Sunday closure rule in Paris, this stylish apartment is in the perfect spot for leisurely Sunday brunches and strolls during your stay in Paris.

The apartment is located on the 5th French floor (with elevator) of a typical building from the Marais, and was recently renovated in 2014. With a view of the beautiful Hotel Particuliers from the living/dining room and a bedroom facing the quiet interior courtyard, the apartment is ideal for a week's stay or longer.

The understated wood and white furniture in the living room give it a cosy yet classy feel. The sofa bed can open up comfortably into a 140cm double bed for two, making it perfect for a part of 4 pax. The dining table also seats 4 comfortably.

The seperate kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge, washing machine, oven, toaster and modern stove. Feel free to purchase some fresh ingredients from the markets nearby to whip up a tasty meal during your stay!

The bedroom's key feature is the spacious ceiling to floor wardrobe, providing plenty of closet space (for all that shopping!), and is furnished with a comfortable 160cm queen bed. The seperate bathroom and WC are just by the entrance with a shower/bath facility.

All of the exclusive Paris apartments rentals by welcome2france are located only in central Paris, one of Europe's safest and most beautiful metropolitan areas.

The Marais is long touted as Paris' trendy area for locals and tourists in the know - inndie boutiques, stylish cafes, restaurants and bars are just under your nose if you know where to look. It is also a lovely long stroll to the classical heart of Paris, in the 1st arrondissement and Rue Rivoli.

The Marais is home to Centre Georges Pompidou (unmistakable with its quirky exterior), Place de l´hôtel de Ville (the grand City Hall building), Place des Vosges and Picasso Museum.

A walk through the neighbourhood also allows you to admire many mansions of the seventeenth century, formerly occupied by the nobility. There is also the House of Nicolas Flamel, built in 1407, which might be the oldest house in Paris.

This district is also the borough of choice for the gay and lesbian community of Paris, giving a flamboyant flavour to the neighbourhood.

Many necessities are close to the apartment: bakery, butchery, supermarket, open air market, theater, restaurant, cafe, club, Laundromat, doctor, drugstore.

This area is also the nesting spot of art galleries and other historic sites such as Museum of Arts and Trades, the Museum of Art and History of Judaism, the Cognacq-Jay museum, the museum of the history of France, the Carnavalet Museum… to name a few.
