Enjoy a one-of-a-kind vacation on the Riviera at this newly renovated apartment villa located on Avenue de Grasse which is about 15 minutes away walking time from the beach and the “vieux port” overlooking the blue waters of the Mediterranean. This apartment villa is an old house from the XIX century located on the first floor (Or one flight stairs) with luscious gardens and a shared pool.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by Philippe, owner and local resident, who will make sure all is set for you to enjoy the unique experience of your summer vacation on the French Riviera.

Conveniently located just a few minutes away from the center of Cannes, you will be able to enjoy La Croisette, one of the most famous promenades in the world. For two miles following the curve of the bay, one can see flowering gardens, lawns planted with palm trees, and umbrella pines all the way to Le Vieux Port (the old port).

In a shopping mood? Then enjoy yourself in the small shops of Rue Meynadier, or shop at the more exclusive boutiques located on Rue D'Antibes or La Croisette.

Every May, during the International Film Festival, glamour engulfs the city as movie stars descend the red-carpeted steps of the Palais des Festival. Cannes is 'the star' of the French Riviera...

Cannes, the 'Jewel' in the crown of the 'Côte d'Azur' since the dawn of time, focal point for festivals throughout the world and a cultural melting pot. You could not dream of a place more like paradise than Cannes. A town whose eclectic scenery has amazed even the most powerful. The Romans chose it as a place in which to settle. Also, the English chancellor, Lord Brougham, Napoleon and Cocteau and many others have all fallen in love with this vibrant, colorful town and its peaceful way of life.

The closest thing to an 'old town' is 'Le Suquet' overlooking the west end of the port. The 12th-century Tour de Mt. Chevalier, ramparts and 12th-16th-century church Notre-Dame-de-l'Espérance give a touch of medieval flavor to the city. Le Suquet area has narrow streets climbing up and around the hill, with a fine view from the top. Standing on the ancient rampart wall in front of the church, you can see east across the city, the port and the bay to the Cap de la Croisette, and to the west across the Gulf of La Napoule to the Massif de l'Estérel mountains.
