The apartment was spacious and full of light and the location was simply incomparable--convenient to sight-seeing attractions, abundant food choices (all meals), metro and shopping. My wife and I and our two sons thoroughly enjoyed this accommodation for our 7 night stay in Paris. The balcony view of the Tour D'Effel was stunning. We apparently had the building to ourselves, since the elevator was always waiting for us after we left it on the 4th or ground floor. (The elevator was small and quaint, but perfectly serviceable.)

This was my first time booking travel and accommodation online so I was feeling concerned that the Gabriel may not have been as it seemed or was perhaps even a scam. I could not have been more wrong!
The booking system was simple, and any person I spoke to at welcome2France was very patient with my questions and concerns. We were travelling with my niece and her partner (their first time in Paris). It was a last minute decision to make the trip to Paris for my partners 50th so I found it difficult to get a two bedroom apartment in a good location. The Gabriel was more than I would normally spend on accomodation but I truly believe it was worth every cent.
It was hot for the five days we were there and to have air conditioning throughout the apartment and plenty of space to relax in, made it an amazing stay. The location, the proximity to everything, the convenience of a good kitchen, the view from, not just the balcony but the main sitting room and the two bedrooms was first class.
While we were in transit from Australia I was sent an email to say there was a private driver strike. As I did not see this email during the flight someone was still there to meet us for our transfer which we were most grateful for.
Our greeter at the apartment, Sam was great. He was friendly and relaxed and made us feel at home straight away. The apartment was beautifully decorated. It was clean and the beds, the linen and the towels were of very high quality.
We have had a memorable Paris experience because of the Gabriel apartment.
Thank you Welcome 2France

This is a superb apartment in a great location. The apartment is spacious and quiet, with great views out the floor to ceiling windows of the Eiffel Tower and the Grand Palais, and has air conditioning that can be set individually in every room. This was particularly welcome, as there was a bit of a heat wave in Paris when we were there in mid-July. It is a very comforting retreat after a hard day of touring museums and churches. It is one block from the Champs Elysee, and within easy walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde, Tuileries, the Louvre and many other sites. It is close to the Clemenceau and FDR metro stations, as well as a Monoprix grocery store. There are any number of delightful little restaurants close by, as well as several excellent bakeries.
If I were pressed to find any shortcomings, I would have to say that the shutters on the balcony desperately need painting, as the paint is chipping off and tracks into the apartment from the balcony. Also, the combination clothes washer/dryer does not function well at all and needs to be replaced.

The Gabriel Penthouse is a marvelous residence in terms of a comfort, convenience, location and quality of the facility. It's spacious, airy, naturally well-lighted, nicely decorated and within less than 10 minutes walk of dozens of restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy, and boulangerie/patisserie. Both the Champs Elysees-Clemenceau and F. D. Roosevelt Metro stations are also less than 10 minutes by foot. The heat and air conditioning system is modern and effective, and the building was extremely quiet during our stay. The unit overlooks a nice park below, beyond which is the Champs Elysees. Views from the 6 French windows over 2 floors include the Grand Palais and Eiffel Tower. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is modernly equipped, and 2 large TVs, along with a DVD player are available for relaxation when not sightseeing or dining out. About 7 English language DVDs were there for movie viewing. The owner, whom we met, is a very personable young woman; and Alicia our rep from W2F was an outstanding professional in terms of the service she provided before and during our stay. She answered numerous questions quickly and thoroughly, as well as arranging our transportation from and to the airport. Although we are from the USA, we had relatives from England take the train over to stay at the penthouse, and they were amazed with the size of the unit. Bottom line: a wonderful place to stay, that totally enhanced our one week visit to Paris. Highly recommend both this apartment and W2F as an agency that will go out of its way to meet all your needs.

We had a wonderful stay at the Gabriel Penthouse. The location is terrific and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and landmarks.
The pictures posted by Welcome2France are very accurate and do not oversell the property, which is in great shape and is very spacious. There are fantastic views of the Eiffel Tower from both balconies.
Alicia, or representative from Welcome2France, was very helpful throughout the process and responsive to any questions - even after we checked into the apartment. She had great recommendations for activities and restaurants, and helped us get our bearings very quick.
There is a taxi stand within a 2 minute walk from the apartment and metro stations within a short walk, making travel very easy. The neighborhood seemed very safe to walk around, even in the evening.
We would highly recommend Welcome2France and the Gabriel Penthouse.
