The apartment was well-outfitted and comfortable and in a great location. The service was excellent: when we had a problem with a heater, it was fixed within a day. We are frequent visitors to Paris and will be happy to use your company again in the future.

On the theory that nothing is perfect, my rating of our experience with Welcome 2 France is a 9 out of 10. This was our first experience with them and I was exceedingly pleased. I dealt primarily with Alicia via e-mail in making all the arrangements and she was a delight.
The apartment was just as advertised and in a great location; just a half block from Notre Dame on a quiet primarily residential street. It had all the necessary amenities, and then some. Wi-fi and phone calls back to the USA were included and much appreciated. The apartment was also close to Metro and train stations, which made navigating Paris very easy.
We used the transportation service to and from the airport they provided and it was great: door-to-door service and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend that.
Sam met us at the apartment when we arrived and explained everything to us. I called him once during our stay for some and advice, which he graciously provided. Sam recommended a delightful cafe a short distance away, Aux Arts. They have great coffee and very good food. It is actually a combination cafe and art gallery, owned and run by two of the artists, Beatriz and Aleksander, both of whom are delightful people and talented artists.
Alicia recommended a wonderful restaurant, Les Pipos, near the Pantheon. The food, the wine, the service, the music, and the atmosphere were great. We had a wonderful evening there.
I highly recommend Welcome 2 France and will definitely use them again the next time we travel to France. Not only was the apartment just what we wanted, but the people were very professional and gracious in all our dealings with them.

Hello all,
A party of 6 (2 in-laws, 1 bro-in-law and two parents with 8yo) booked this apartment from 25 Dec 2015 (yep Xmas day) until 7 January2016.
It suited us down to the ground and is as you see on the web site (other than coffee machine has been replaced with a drip filter type(allowing a wider choice of coffee) and they have taken down the curtain between the kitchen and dining areas (good as it would have been a pain otherwise!)
Its in a great location...a short walk (1-3 minutes) to anywhere (restaurants, coffee shops, a metro stop, ATM's bakeries (2) cheese shop and meat and cheese and vegies...the list goes on.
Everything worked well, especially the clothes washer combined dryer....washed and dried clothes overnight and you could use them again next day if required.
The living quarters (separate toilet with wash basin, lounge area, dining area and kitchen are all on the ground floor and the three bedrooms and shower/toilet upstairs.
It was a great choice for our group and allowed some personal space when required.
Be aware that we could not find any kids programmes in English on the TV, but did locate various news channels in English.
Overall a GREAT experience, and I would recommend this apartment to a small group....2 double beds (NOT Queens...this is Paris!) and 2 singles.
The booking and payment process was smooth and effortless, and Sam met us punctually on arrival and on departure.
Recommended.

Welcome 2 France team was excellent in every respect. always available to answer a question, help us with the TV, direction, metros and train info, taxi etc. We were well taken care of, Alicia and husband became our friends and we felt so good to have them take care of us. The apt was in a great location and we had adequate room for 5 people. the cleaning team was slightly amiss with some things, but manageable.
It all was memorable. We had a GREAT time thanks to all of you who made it possible
