The people were as helpful as could be....BUT there were several problems: Insufficient lighting and several bulbs were out (especially a main light in the bathroom); telephone never working despite attempts to fix it: TV in bedroom non-functioning: Wi-Fi not working and when we were given Orange Air-box to use, it allowed Orange to place "cookies" in our electronics which we NOW need to have removed; no facial tissues; availability of closets and bureau drawers were inadequate (only bureau was in vestibule) and many closets in bedroom were locked (?owner's belongings). We lived in New York City for a number of years and are used to "street noise" but construction going on across the street was excessive and began at about 7-7:30 AM most mornings which was very loud. This was not expected nor was no telephone (we could have arranged for telephone service before we left home, had we known this.) The bones of the apartment were good and the location was excellent. A few minor fixes (after the construction is complete) would raise the rating of this apartment to an 8/10.

This was our first time renting an apartment instead of booking a hotel room and we were very happy that we did.
The apartment was exactly as the pictures and website showed. We were in Paris for 11 nights and having the additional space in the living room and a full kitchen was absolutely perfect.
Our only 'wish' was that the bed was higher and it came with a nice big mattress pad to provide more cushion. We may be very spoiled at home but we found the bed to be more firm than we are used to.
The location was excellent, just a few blocks from the Louvre and the Seine. There were several grocery stores close by and multiple restaurants within steps of the front door.
There was a very detailed binder provided in the apartment that gave restaurant suggestions. We tried a couple of the recommended places and they were great. The binder also provided instructions on how to use the appliances in the apartment and some helpful hints for getting around Paris and some great places to visit.
We are really glad we booked the car service to and from the airport. The driver was there at the pre-arranged time and it was really convenient.
Sam was also very nice and helpful.
We would definitely book through Welcome 2 France again if we had the opportunity to.

The location of this apartment could not have been better. Just one block from the river and only a short walk to the Louvre made it very convenient for us. The apartment had lots of room and the kitchen was well supplied. The traffic noise was a little disconcerting in the night but that is what you get when you stay in a city like that. Sam, our contact in France for the apartment, was a great help and answered calls promptly. He gave us some helpful hints to get around the city. A small grocery is just a few blocks away and a chocolate store just two or three shops away from the front door. What more could you want.
