This open plan neo-classic French studio apartment is located in a modern building in the 16th arrondissement on the third French floor, easily accessed via elevator. It is also a very secure building in this upmarket residential area, with a security guard on duty 24/7.

The apartment can accommodate up to four guests on a short stay with a double bed and double sofa bed. The unique feature of the apartment is the sliding partition which divides the living room and bedroom, but can be drawn back according to the preferences of each guest that stays.

Sliding glass windows also look out on to the streets below, which extend across the length of the apartment – ensuring that while it is cosy it is still light and airy. In the corner is also a small work desk, perfect for the modern and busy traveler. The apartment is also equipped with high speed wireless internet. A dining table also seats up to five beside the sofa.

The kitchen though compact is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge, dishwasher, electric stove, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, oven, toaster and coffee machine.

The clean and pristine bathroom and WC are separated and located in the bedroom section of the apartment. The bathroom, while petite, does offer the luxury of double basins and a hairdryer is provided. It comes with a bathtub and shower.

Linen and towels are provided, as well as a iron and ironing board, and a washing machine.

All guest staying in the apartment will also enjoy the charming garden in the heart of the courtyard.

families with children will especially enjoy the proximity of the apartment to the Ranelagh gardens, Trocadero gardens, Boulogne woods, and the zoological gardens.

Sports fanatics also enjoy the proximity to many large sporting arenas such as the Auteuil and Longchamp racetracks, the Roland Garros stadium, and the Park des Princes.

The neighbourhood is also famous for the busy shopping street Passy, notably Franck & sons. The Belle Feuilles shopping mall is also a great choice for shopping.
