You are close to the Champs Elysees yet far enough from the busy tourists roaming about. The apartment is so close to the river that you can easily cross the river to the Eiffel Tower and picnic along the Champs de Mars. Or you can picnic along the Trocadero gardens with a magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower.

There are plenty of metros and buses nearby which makes commuting very easy.
