Located between two lovely gardens, this property is located along Rue Claude Bernard in the 5th district which has much to offer.

The 5th district is a quiet and safe neighborhood also filled with many universities such as La Sorbonne. It is most well known for Rue Mouffetard and Place Monge. The Rue Mouffetard is filled with restaurants and bars, typically where the college students hang out after classes (and even a bowling alley!) but not to worry, Rue Claude Bernard is far enough that you won't be bothered by the street noise. Place Monge hosts a large open market where you can find fresh produce every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

You have the Jardins des Plantes and Jardins du Luxembourg just minutes away where you can run or even picnic. There is also the Luxembourg museum and Palace in the Jardins du Luxembourg. In the Jardins des Plantes, you will find the Natural History museum as well as a few galleries.

A little gem that most people forget is the Arenes de Lutece which is a Roman amphitheater built in the 1st century! This specific arena could accommodate 17,000 spectators and was probably used as a fighting amphitheater with gladiators in combat against animals.
