This luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment is located along Avenue Raymond Poincare in the 16th district near Trocadero.

Situated on the 6th floor (with elevator in the building, this spacious 160m2 property has a large living room with two arm chairs and two comfortable sofas. There is also a large 9m2 balcony with a beautiful view of the Parisian rooftops. Next to the living room, there is the dining room with a table that can sit up to six guests.

Each bedroom (there are three bedrooms) is composed of two single beds that can be made up separately or together to make a queen size bed. There is also a TV in each bedroom as well as plenty of closet space. Each bedroom has a luxurious marble bathroom (bathtub/shower, toilet and sink).

The fully equipped and high-quality kitchen is a cook's dream. From a small breakfast to a full dinner, this kitchen has everything you need. There is also a washer and dryer as well as a small wine cave and robot cleaners.

The entire apartment has A/C throughout and lots of natural light. The building itself was constructed in 1966 and is handicap accessible which is rare for most Parisian buildings. There is also video surveillance and a couple of care-takers in the building.
