The Rue Cler apartment will give anyone a true Parisian experience. You better have strong legs to make it up and down the stairs, but we are a young family so it was no problem. The unit has a smartly appointed kitchen and space is well used. The phone , television and all electronic devices were in good working order and updated. It is advertised as a 4 person unit, but it is really made for a couple. The pull out sofa bed is tiny and really made for a smaller adult or two little children. My kids are 14 and 11 it was not suitable for them to share. So for a young couple I give this place a 10, a family of 4 it gets an 8, and I would not try and squeeze 4 adults in here. Older peolple with knee and back problems will have trouble with the stairs.
The location is amazing. It is on a quiet sidestreet of Rue Cler which is essentially blocked off to traffic. Close to shopping, the train system and easy to use Uber.
Dealing with the rental company was great. Their driver was there to pick us up at the airport and their agent was waiting for us at the apartment with keys. He gave is a nice tour and orientation.
I thought this place was a good value and we had an outstanding time using it as our base to explore the city.

We enjoyed our time in this apartment. Check in went well, the apartment was very clean and the bed and couch were comfortable. We were only there for 8 days and did not cook, but the kitchen seemed appropriately stocked. This is a very quiet street and located near metro, restaurants and Eiffel Tower. I've stayed in Paris over ten times and Rue Cler is the best area (IMO)! This apartment helped make it another great experience and the steps to the apartment helped burn off an croissant or two.

Everything about our place was very satisfying and we'd definitely consider it for our next stay. The bedroom had sufficient closet and drawer space, the bathrooms and kitchen were modern and the living room was perfect for the two of us. The location could not be beat! And we were 20 steps from this great little Vietnamese restaurant that we visited three times. We also enjoyed the once a week housekeeping during our 2 week stay.
The only negative thing was the common areas in getting to the apartment as there were some loose tiles and could use a good paint job.
We were greeted at our arrival by a pleasant person from Welcome 2 France who helped us with our luggage to our 3rd story apartment. We had trouble with getting one of the lamps to work and a repair person arrived promptly to fix it.
We will not only consider this apartment in the future but other apartments from the Welcome 2 France inventory for our stays.

Wonderful apartment and it was great to deal with friendly and helpful agency! The apartment was super clean and had everything needed for a week long visit for our family of 4. Great closet space (1 in hall and 2 in bedroom) and drawer storage in living room and bedroom. Excellent shower with good water pressure and hot water. Great lighting in bathroom. Wifi worked perfectly, we had no problem connecting 5 devices. Location couldn't be better with metro stop 1 block away and Rue Cler market 1/2 block away. They even provided a power strip in living room with int'l plug adapter. Beds were comfortable and towels and linens were high quality. Kitchen was well stocked too. The heaters worked great warming the apartment quickly. Free calls to US was a nice perk to keep in touch with family. The only reason I didn't give 10/10 is because the common area in the building, hallways as you enter and go up stairs to the apt, need to be re-painted and there are some floor tiles in those halls that need to be re-adhered. Every agent we dealt with before and during our trip, was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Thank you to Valentin, Alicia, & Ying! You made it easy and stress free. I would highly recommend this apartment and the agency.

We loved this apartment, even though it was on the third floor, sans elevator. After exceptional dinner, the walk up was good exercise.
We found that the size was just perfect for us, and the location put us just off Rue Cler, and nearby three boulangeries for our daily bread, and near four metro lines, and many bus lines made traveling the city very easy.
So don't be fooled by the pealing paint in to stairways, the apartment is a gem. We know, because we other apartments over these years.
