My daughter and I stayed in this charming apartment in a quirky old building for a week. The neighborhood is lovely, with restaurants, shops and the metro within a short walk. In fact, we walked everywhere! The apartment is as pictured and the 5 flights of stairs justified the baguettes, pastries and wine!! The apartment is very clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the bath is nicely remodeled (however, there is not a full size bathtub as stated). The Wi-Fi was fast and the television has several stations in English. The bedroom is quite small, though fine for one person, and we were not able to open the new sofa into a bed. welcome2france was very easy to work with and I would definitely use them again.

The apartment was clean and bright. It would have been nice to have access to at least one more closet.
The kitchen was really not much more than a service kitchen as there wasn't a fan and the floor was multi-leveled-- tricky.
I found myself wanting for a tea pot and a cheese grater.
I was also disappointed the Audrey Hepburn picture we had seen online was replaced as it was a deciding factor in our choice of apartment. The art that replaced it-- while interesting -- cast quite a different mood.
great location!

We had a great experience in Paris, and this small apartment was just right for us. Given the length of our stay, the washer/dryer combination proved useful. The location was also good, with many of the museums, cathedrals, and other places we wanted to visit within easy walking distance. We would definitely consider renting this apartment during a future trip.

What a lovely apartment! Very nicely decorated with all the conveniences of home: TV, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, coffemaker, etc. The location was excellent, close to cafes, major Paris attractions, metro, grocery and specialty stores (bakery, wine store). Neighborhood was very quiet and safe! The only thing to be aware of is the 4 flights of stairs which are fairly narrow. We would definately stay here again! The Welcome 2 France staff that met us and were available to us during our stay were excellent and very professional! We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Paris!

Stayed a week in Grenelle III during last week in May. Lovely and comfortable apartment ideally located in St Germain de Pres. Apartment had all of the conveniences of home. Our greeter, Alicia, was fantastic. She was warm and friendly, giving us a full run-down on the apartment and very helpful with information about some local attractions and shopping nearby. If you going to stay in Paris for a week or more, you really need to look at staying in one of the beautiful, and well managed, apartments that Welcom2France has on offer.
