DESCRIPTION

It doesn't get any more Parisian than this chic two-bedroom luxury apartment in the Passy neighborhood. Located on Rue de l'Annonciation in the 16th arrondissement and housed in a 19th-century Haussmann building, the city's most popular attractions are only a stone's throw away. They include Place du Trocadéro Plaza, the Eiffel Tower, Bois de Boulogne, and more

The neoclassical interior design is also signature French, complete with its intricate wall and ceiling trims, gilded details, Baroque furniture, and a grand fireplace in the living room.

The two spacious bedrooms are exceptional too. Firstly, there's the primary suite. With an upholstered queen-sized bed, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, and its own fireplace on offer, you couldn't have asked for more. The big windows even bring in ample natural light too!

Meanwhile, the second room is a transformable space. You can use it as a dining area during the day, complete with a chic marble-topped round dining table and upholstered chairs. The sofa and flat-screen TV make it a nice den room too., especially since you can open the double doors that lead to the living room to make for a bigger space. And come nightfall, the sofa can turn into another queen-sized bed, resulting in a nice second bedroom.

And finally, you'll also appreciate how well-equipped both the kitchen and the bathroom are. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances you'll need to prepare a meal. There's a boiler, a coffee maker, a freezer, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, an oven, and even a coffee maker. On top of all that, there's also a washer-dryer unit where you can do your laundry without having to go out!

As for the bathroom, it's a clean and pristine area with a shower booth, a toilet, a double sink, and a bathroom cabinet. You couldn't have asked for a more convenient space to do your grooming.

NEIGHBORHOOD

If you like luxury, the 16th district is for you. It is one of the finest, authentic Parisian and safest district in Paris. With its large residential streets, Haussmann facades and small courtyards, the 16th is where the elite live.
The 16th could be compared to the Upper East Side in New York or Chelsea and Kensington in London. You will be close to the new foundation Louis Vuitton in Bois de Boulogne, the Marmottan Museum, the Modern Art museum, the Guimet Museum, the Maison de Balzac or the Radio House.

The rue de Passy is not just all about historical charm - this upmarket area features designer boutiques, Joseph, Kenzo, Guerlain and L'Occitane rub shoulders with more familiar names such as Gap and Esprit. When tired out from shopping, the numerous delightful tea rooms, gourmet store and pastries shops provide you with a welcome break.

The Rue de l’Annonciation, a famous old Parisian pedestrian street, hosts a myriad of outdoor cafes and restaurants and the famous bakery 'Les Merveilleux' by Fred which offers meringues wrapped in chocolate whipped cream, vanilla, and coffee. From Place du Trocadero, you can admire the Eiffel Tower on one the terrace of a Parisian institution, Carette! Created in 1927, this coffee shop and bakery offers the best chocolate eclair in the city.

At the top of the rue de Passy the 'jardins du Ranelagh' with their centuries old chestnut trees are the perfect place for a stroll. The kids will enjoy the authentic Parisian puppet theater, the merry-go-round and the donkey rides. The finest collection of Monet artwork can be viewed at the 'musee Marmottan' located just by the garden. The Eiffel Tower is only a few minutes away, across the Seine river.

At the bottome of Rue de Passy, it will lead you to the Passy cemetery where many iconic French personalities are buried in spectacular mausoleums, right at the corner of Trocadero and Eiffel Tower.

Passy, so called the Village, kept a village feeling with its pedestrian street, shopping center, daily indoor farmer's market and its many shops around, only few metro stops to Champs Elysées and walking distance to Trocadero and Eiffel Tower. This location is ideal for a Paris apartment rental whether it is for short term stay or long term stay.
