Situated in arguably one of Paris' most famous neighborhood where public figures have gathered for centuries, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom period apartment in St. Germain des Pres is settled in a highly-coveted spot. Specifically located on Rue Jacob, the apartment is in close proximity and within walking distance to Orsay Museum, the Louvre Museum, and the St. Germain-des-Près church.

The apartment has an area of 100 square meters and can comfortably host a small group of four. It sits on the 2nd French floor of a quiet 17th century old building with elevator adorned with decors and features that are typically French. Huge and almost floor to ceiling glass windows that look out onto the courtyard, high ceilings, beautifully lined parquet floors, and imposing chandeliers typical of the period are very evident in the apartment.

St Germaine des Pres is where the who’s who in the society used to gather that made it a household name in French history. Today, the area is haven of countless shops dotted throughout the nearby streets with everything from antiques to the latest fashions, restaurants, bars and cafés abound, clubs and art galleries and many other things.

As you step out of the apartment and stroll the streets, in no time you’ll find yourself right in the very heart of St Germaine des Pres district on the left bank of the Seine River.
