Beautiful location, beautiful reception but nothing organised to sit with comfort if you have guests .The bathroom are ok looling great but ..good luck with the shower not to swim outside ..of it., not very practical..
The kitchen is not up to the rental specially the ustensils..no one must be cooking there.
The linen for table settings is non existing and what is existing is not possible to use ..It is so badly maintained.
The lights in the kitchen are not working and nobody came to take care of it even after my complaint
Powder room was blocked .
this not the standards that would go with the high rental fees..
The house keeper is very nice very reliable .The agency's very serious, the transfers perfect..the location..the best if you love Paris.
it is close to the best small bakery..fishery..not only the impressive Grande Epicerie..if you know your way
So great time ..but too expensive for what you get.you can feel the presence of That indredible Leo Fuchs in the house and the books ..what a marvel but this place needs a lot of loving care..

Dear Laurent and Alicia:
First of all we wish to thank you for your interest and prompt response to our requests during our stay at the Rue de Sevres apartment.
Apart from the wonderful location, the light and the space, it was very pleasant for us to stay in that apartment because of the atmosphere created by Mr. Leo Fuchs. From the books we saw on the shelves, which we found very valuable for people like us who enjoy reading and are the real treasure of the apartment, we know that Mr. Fuchs must have been a very interesting and special person. We sincerely hope that the future guests will take care of these books.
We would like to rent it again for the same period next year but, as we said in one of the emails we sent to you before our departure, we hope that the owner will agree to change some things which, in our opinion, could help to make it more comfortable:
*Give enough time to Benvinda between guests to clean the apartment, wash sheets and towels, clean kitchen, refrigerator and defrost the freezer.
*Change the Queen-size mattress for a king size one.
*Shelves and drawers of the main bathroom should be without the owner’s personal toiletries.
*Replace with white sheets and duvet covers, the black and dark navy ones. These make both rooms look much darker than the rest of the apartment.
*Replace all the black dishes, most of them chipped. Throw away the broken old dishes.
*Buy a good set of dishes and glasses.
*Buy some serving sets.
*Buy a good coffee maker.
*Now that the dishwasher was replaced during our stay the freezer should also be replaced soon.
****Last but most important, Benvinda’s presence and support was very important for us. She is a very kind hearted person, very discreet and very efficient. To do properly her work, so that guests are happy, she needs support from the owner and all of you. She is another treasure of Rue de Sevres apartment.
Best regards,
Ernesto and Helena Guhl
