DESCRIPTION
This luxury apartment rental reflects the elegance and beauty of the high-end Passy area. The 16th district, which is home to many of Paris' more upscale shops and museums, is where you can also find a plethora of rehabilitated and well-kept 19th century apartment buildings. Although our Passy - Paul Doumer apartment is also located on the 3rd floor of a 19th century-era structure, the building has been recently renovated and is now wheelchair-friendly. It also has an elevator which you may use instead of taking the stairs.
This 100 sq. m. home has 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and ample space for up to 4 people. It also boasts a wide terrace and a breathtaking view outside the window; a lush green garden of herbs and other plants adorn the courtyard of the apartment building. Within the living room area, you will find comfortable furniture and beautiful fixtures, and a 6-seat dining table, just a few steps away. To prepare your meals, the apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with baking and cooking appliances available.
Across the living room area is where you can find the entryway to the two bedrooms of the apartment. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and its own en suite bathroom (that is equipped with a toilet, shower area and a bathtub). The second and smaller bedroom is where you can find a double bed. It does not have an en suite bathroom, but an independent complete bathroom is located right across the hall.
For added security and privacy, the apartment has double-glass windows that face the street as well as a 24-hour concierge.
For guests who want to unwind or perhaps, spend some 'me' time, there is a private gym located in the apartment building which is open to tenants of, and apartment owners in, the building.
