This stunning 2 bedrooms apartment is located in one of the oldest and liviest districts of Paris. In between Rue Mouffetard and the ancient Roman Arena of Luteces.
This chic apartment has a minimalist design with a slightly 1970's inspired theme. It's unique and stylish. With hardwood floors throughout, this property can comfortably sleep 4 guests.
The kitchen has everything you need to make a tea or coffee in the morning or a full French meal in the evening. The living room also has a pull out sofa bed which can easily sleep two people on the comfortable high-quality mattress.
A large queen sized bed with a really thick matress, can be found in the large master bedroom. Perfect for lying on after a hard day of walking and exploring the city.
The second bedroom with two single beds and plenty of space for storage - perfect for children or friends.
The bathroom has a large walking shower and seperated toilet - so there no need to panic if someone is taking too long to get ready in the morning.

NEIGHBORHOOD
The Rue Mouffetard, a picturesque and typical Paris street, symbol of authentic Parisian scenery. Sloping down it is packed with grocery shops, butchers, restaurant and cafes. The Parisians call it the 'Mouff' and is today, one of the most picturesque streets in Paris.
You can discover old signboards, small squares and passages, a little fountain of Marie de Medicis (17th century) at the corner of the rue du Pot-de-Fer. The lower part of the Mouff, with its permanent morning market turns the street into a vibrant, colored and vivid animation. Open every day except Monday, the Mouffetard market offers a dizzying array of delicious seasonal fruit, vegetable and cheeses. You'll find many other French specialties and even some stalls carrying cloths and other items. The vendors are always cheery, enthusiastic and keen to help you choose the product that suits your tastes best. This is Hemingway's favorite neighborhood in Paris.
The number 3 of the rue de l'Arbalete (a small steet crossing the rue Mouffetard) is the place where the famous sculptor Auguste Rodin was born. At the end of the Mouff, there is the Eglise Saint Bernard, a charming church (access 41, rue Daubenton) where the building started in the 15th century but only finished in the 17th. The Renaissance influence is evident, especially in the widening of the choir. The chapels are decorated with beautiful masterpieces (the first choir chapel has a work attributed too Zurbaran).
