This property is located along rue de Picardie in the northern part of the Marais neighborhood which is still filled with small boutiques and some great restaurants.
The house of Nicolas Flamel, built in 1407 is located in this neighborhood and is probably one of the oldest properties in Paris! Along rue de Bretagne, you will find plenty of bakeries and grocery stores. If you are looking for fresh produce, there is a the Marche des Enfants Rouges about 5 minutes away.
There is the Temple Square which is a great spot to picnic and catch some sun. On a rainy day, you can sit at one of the many cafes and people-watch, which is Paris' most famous 'sport.'
