The villa is divided into 3 floors, with each floor bearing a unique feature.

It features a living room that is spacious and bright, as well as a long list of amenities that give it a charming ambiance. Ceiling-to-floor windows line the walls of the living area, bringing sunlight to the apartment. There are comfortable sofas here, and a flat-screen television for your entertainment. Some of the furnishings in the living and dining areas are vintage pieces, but there are plenty of modern twists in the villa, as well. There are several terraces in the upper floors, and a covered sun room (with seats and a dining table) on the ground floor. These additions provide the apartment a balanced classic and modern vibe.

All four bedrooms in this property are suitably equipped, and there is airconditioning throughout the whole apartment. Three rooms have en suite bathrooms.

Avenue Isola Bella is an exclusive, quiet, and somewhat private avenue which is considered home to many of Cannes most expensive homes. This is an area which is safe, removed from the busy city center, and nestled within nature.

This picturesque promenade begins from Lombardo Michel, famed Cannes boat dealer, to a fork where Avenue Fiesole begins.

Its southern end is bordered by cinemas, restaurants, and fashion boutiques.

Everything you need is well within the avenue, but should you seek more restaurants and pubs to visit, hop on a ride from the Grand Pré station to the city center, just a few minutes away.
