Located in the 5th district near Place Monge, this spacious 165m2 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom is ideal for groups or families up to 7 guests for long and short term rentals (minimum one week). If you are 7 people, there is a +210 EUR per week charge.

The property is made up of three levels. The ground level is composed of the kitchen, living and dining room. There are even two dinning tables which is rare for Paris apartments. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern conveniences along with ample closets and drawers. The living room is comfortable, warm and invites you to relax after a long day's walk. There is also a guest toilet.

The next level (First level in French standards) is made up of the master bedroom, second and third bedrooms. The master has a king size bed as well as an ensuite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has a king bed that can be split into two single beds. The second bathroom is also a full bathroom along with a washer/dryer.

The second level (last level) has a small study room with a single bed. It is like an attic with its slanted roof. As each level is accessed by stairs, this property is not suitable for disabled people.

The 5th district is considered one of the oldest districts in the city, dating back from the ancient times. Within walking distance from the apartment, there is the Arene de Lutece whcih is a Roman amphitheater. This district is also known for the Latin Quarter, universities and prestegious high schools.

There is a lovely garden (Jarin des Plantes) along with the National History Museum within minutes of the property. A little further, there is also the iconic Pantheon. In terms of food and cafes, the Rue Mouffetard is well known; for its small food boutiques such as a butcher, cheese, wine, etc. to excellent restaurants and cafes.

At Place Monge, there is also an open market which happens Wednesday, Friday and Sunday mornings. The metro can also be found at Place Monge (Line 7).
